Policy on the protection of personal information of users of strekoza.ai websites

This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that the Site Administration may obtain about the user while using the website https://strekoza.ai (the "Site").
The Site Administration respects the privacy of users of its products and services and complies with applicable privacy laws, including Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, and, for residents of the European Economic Area, by the GDPR.
1. Key definitions
The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
"SITE ADMINISTRATION" — authorized employees managing the strekoza.ai websites who organise and/or carry out the processing of personal data, and who determine the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed, and the operations performed on such data.
"PERSONAL DATA" — any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual or legal entity using the site. 2. Purposes of processing personal data
2.1. The Site Administration processes Personal Data for the following purposes:
- where required to perform the agreement with you and provide full-featured service and related content;
- to provide feedback regarding the platform;
- to grant a licence to use the platform and to provide related services, including creating a personal account on the platform.
2.2. The Site Administration collects and processes Personal Data on the following grounds:
- where necessary to perform the agreement with you;
- where necessary to comply with legal obligations;
- where necessary for the legitimate interests of the Site Administration or a third party, unless overridden by your overriding interests and rights;
- where you have given your consent;
- the Site Administration processes personal data of clients' customers on behalf of clients in order to provide the licence and related services.
2.3. These purposes and grounds determine and limit the categories of Personal Data collected, the methods of use, the data retention periods, the persons with access rights, and the rights and controls available to you as a user.
2.4. If you ask the Site Administration to provide services in the interests of a third party, you must have that third party's legal authorisation to disclose its personal information. Such authorisation must cover personal information including but not limited to name, address, phone number, email, credit card and delivery details. You agree that you bear all risks related to the use of third-party personal information you transfer.
3. What data the Site Administration collects and processes
3.1. Core account data. When setting up an account, the Site Administration requests your email, name, mobile phone number, store or website name, and type of activity. Your email and password are used to sign in to the Site. Each account is automatically assigned a unique "ID" used to refer to your account.
3.2. Transactions and payment data. To complete transactions, you must provide payment details. If you pay by credit card, you must provide card information (name, address, card number, expiration date, and security code) which the Site Administration processes and forwards to the payment provider of your choice. The Site Administration also processes data you upload to the platform, including customer first and last names, contact details, order numbers and order contents.
3.3. Other data you explicitly provide. Information you publish or post in comments to any content or service, send via chat, provide when requesting technical support, or share when participating in contests, sweepstakes, promotions or surveys.
3.4. Site usage. Browser and device information, data collected through automated electronic interaction, and application-usage data. The Site Administration also tracks your actions to ensure you are not a bot and to optimise services.
3.5. Tracking data and cookies. The Site Administration uses cookies and similar technologies (web beacons, device identifiers, pixel and advertising tags). You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but in that case you will not be able to use all features of the site.
3.6. Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica. The Site uses Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica web analytics services. Information generated by cookies about website usage is generally transferred to and stored by Google and Yandex on their servers.
3.7. Content recommendations. Information may be used to tailor content, products and services shown on the site to your preferences. With your consent, the Site Administration may send marketing messages. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing electronic messages at any time.
3.8. Information needed to detect violations. The Site Administration collects certain data necessary to detect, investigate and prevent fraud and other legal violations.
4. Data retention period
Unless otherwise required by law, the Administration ceases processing your personal data:
- after the purpose of processing has been achieved;
- after withdrawal of consent by the data subject;
- after termination of the licence to use the platform and termination of the agreement;
- upon a corresponding request from the data subject.
If you close your account, your Personal Data is marked for deletion, except where legal requirements or other overriding legitimate purposes require longer retention. The Site Administration may retain certain transactional data in accordance with applicable commercial and tax rules for up to ten (10) years.
5. Who has access to the data
5.1. The Site Administration and its service providers (including payment communication channels) may grant each other access to your Personal Data and use it as necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Policy.
5.2. The Site Administration also provides your Personal Data to third-party providers of customer-support services in connection with goods, content and services distributed via the site.
5.3. The Site Administration may provide certain information (including your IP address) to third-party network service providers offering content delivery network and server services.
5.4. The site contains boards, forums and/or chats where users can exchange opinions. Once published, a message becomes publicly available on the Internet.

6. Your rights and controls
Under the laws of the Russian Federation you have the following rights:
- the right to receive information about the processing of personal data;
- the right to update personal data: to require changes, additions and corrections;
- the right to require the cessation of processing of personal data that the subject considers unlawful;
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- other rights provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.
If you are a permanent resident of the European Economic Area, you have rights to access, rectify, erase and object regarding your Personal Data, as well as the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. Children
The minimum age for creating an account is 16. The Site Administration does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under this age. In some countries the age of consent is higher, so the Site Administration requires parental consent before creating an account.
8. Links to other sites
The site may contain links to other websites. A link to a third-party website does not mean that the Site Administration endorses it or is affiliated with it. You access such third-party sites or content at your own risk.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Any changes the Site Administration may make to the Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on this page. In case of material changes, the Site Administration will notify you of such changes via the Site.
