Why is it not profitable?A/B test results show that our notifications convert better thanks to optimised wording, triggers, visuals and channels. Moreover — you can always run a head-to-head: your in-house system vs. DrgnFly in an A/B test. If DrgnFly doesn't deliver extra DR, our services cost exactly what you're already spending on your own notifications. So not using DrgnFly is simply unprofitable: either DR is higher and you earn more, or it's the same — and you've spent nothing extra.
«How exactly does DR grow?»
Transactional notifications become a sales channel: we add information about product value and reasons not to refuse. AI answers questions and reduces objections during delivery.
«You'll have higher DR just because better offers land in your group»
Offers are randomly split between groups A and B, so at scale they distribute roughly 50/50. The same applies to traffic sources, call centres, warehouses and other factors — the groups are equivalent. The only difference: we work with group A and not with group B. So if there's a statistically significant lift in group A, it's the result of our work.

What does DrgnFly do?
DrgnFly helps increase Delivery Rate during delivery. We connect to your order and status data, build notification flows and guide the customer to actually receive the parcel.
How does DR grow?
We turn transactional notifications into a sales tool: we add marketing information about the product, its value, and reasons not to refuse. AI runs the dialogue, answers questions and handles objections. While the parcel is on its way — we keep selling.
How is this different from regular Telegram/WhatsApp blasts?
We make notifications product-aware: a separate flow per SKU. AI handles the dialogue. It's not a formal notification — it's a continuation of the sale.
How will we know the lift was caused by you?
Through an A/B test. Some orders go through the usual flow, some through DrgnFly. After the delivery cycle, we compare DR in both groups.
How does pricing work?
Two parts. Fixed — covers the cost of the notifications. Main — paid only if the A/B test proves a lift in DR.
Do we need a complex integration?
No. You can connect via API or pass orders via Excel file. We pick whatever gets the pilot live fastest.
What data is needed to launch?
Customer name, phone, tracking number, product info, and order amount. That's enough to start.
How long does launch take?
About two weeks: connecting data, configuring flows, starting the pilot.
What if the carrier has no tracking?
We take whatever events are available (shipment, final status) and build a predictive movement model. From it we generate intermediate communication points.
What if statuses arrive late or incomplete?
Not critical. We work with partial statuses and maintain communication even where signals are sparse.
